Kecenderungan Academic Burnout Pada Mahasiswa Bimbingan Dan Konseling Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia

Berbagai tuntutan akademik seperti kurikulum, tugas, dan non menjadi tekanan tersendiri bagi mahasiswa tak jarang mengalami stress ekstrim kecemasan berlebih yang mengarah pada academic burnout. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan profil burnout Bimbingan Konseling Universitas Pendidikan berdasarkan aspek (exhaustion, cynicism, professional efficacy), jenis kelamin, angkatan. Metode digunakan descriptive cross-sectional study dengan Teknik survey menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Sampel sebanyak 105 mahasiswa. Alat ukur Maslach Burnout Inventory – Student Survey (MBI-SS) terdiri dari 15 pernyataan. Hasil data 73,3% (77 mahasiswa) cenderung tingkat sedang. Berdasarkan BK UPI tinggi exhaustion cynicism.
